Tardiness policy

Please give yourself extra time to arrive and find the studio. The studio may be complicated to get to especially if you have not read the confirmation email which will give specific directions to help you.

There is a 10 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD to get to the studio. If we do not start with your appointment by the 15 minute mark, we will be forced to reschedule your appointment and you must submit a new booking fee. We do our best to be present during your appointment and give the appropriate amount of time to each of our clients, and will not accommodate for tardiness. Please be respectful to our time.

Initial touch ups

Initial touch ups are performed within 6-10 weeks of the initial procedure. If you miss this time frame, you must book within 6 months for a color refresher. If you do not book before 6 months, you will be subjected to the 1-2 year touch up price.

Previous tattoo work

Touch ups are for existing clients only. If you’ve had previous tattoo work, you must send a photo to binxinks@gmail.com for approval. If you book without prior consent, you may lose your booking fee if we cannot perform the procedure over your existing tattoo.

Guests and children

No guests are allowed in the studio. Due to the technical aspects of the procedure, there should only be the client and the artist in the room with no outside distractions.
